Ethiopian spices:

Berbere-is a combination of red peppers, onion, garlic and other spices that is dried and ground in a powder

form.

Mitmita-is a combination of cain pepper, garlic, ginger,and other spices that is dried and ground in to a powder form.

Ethiopian Injera-Injera is not only a kind of flat bread-its also an eating utensils. in Ethiopia, this spongy flat bread is used to  scoopup meat and vegetable stews (wot)

HOW TO EAT ETHIOPIAN DISHES

USING INJERA

.  Hold piece of injera with one hand and start

tear with the other.

.  Tear a piece of injera a size of about 3/4 of your palm.

.  Put the pice of Injera over your choice of wot.

.  Grab and hold some wot with the Injera.

Enjoy the whole scoop or 'gursha'!
